Three forms of access:
1) Most (but not all) are located in the Reference Room at the Central Branch of the public library.
2) Complete copies are kept by the commission secretary in their respective departments.
3) All are online and can be accessed via the public terminals in the Clerk Department located at 2180 Milvia St.

The most recent Proposed Biennial Budget, FY 2012-2013, is available at the library. Associated documents may only be available online at the city's website. See action item at 6/7/11 council meeting for the 2012 Citywide Work Plan. The most current copy is behind the Reference Desk, ask staff for assistance. Older copies for the past year are stored in the Reference Room of the Central branch of the public library.
